Terms of Use for InfoAktiv Mobile End Users

InfoAktiv Mobile is a web-based platform provided by InfoAktiv Limited to enable its customers to publish information on the internet.

The service provides a platform for legitimate owners and producers of digital content to upload and publicly display legal material that is suitable for family audiences including children below the age of 18.

The service can be used for both commercial and not-for-profit purposes.

Definitions

‘Owner’ or ‘Content Owner’ – the party that, uses the InfoAktiv Mobile service to create a display and publish their content.

‘User’ or ‘End User’ – the party that browses the publicly accessible displays published on InfoAktiv Mobile by the Content Owners.

InfoAktiv.online Content Policy

If you find illegal or offensive content on an InfoAktiv Mobile display that breaches this policy, please first contact the Owner of the display containing the content to address the issue. If the Owner of the content fails to address the issue, or if the matter is urgent because the material is highly offensive or illegal, please report the matter to InfoAktiv using the ‘REPORT CONTENT’ button on the display.

Content Owners creating and uploading displays are completely responsible for their displays and must ensure that:

1. They have the necessary copyright and intellectual property rights to publish everything that they upload, to a global online audience.
2. The content uploaded would not cause offence to any reasonable person. This includes but is not limited to: Material that incites violence, harassment, bullying, hate or criminal activity, material of a sexual or abusive nature and fraudulent, exploitative or dishonest material.
3. The material they upload and their InfoAktiv Mobile account are not used in connection with illegal activities.
4. The files uploaded are free from viruses, malware and any instructions, references, code or links that might direct end-users or browsers to such malware or to material that contravenes the InfoAktiv Mobile content policy.
